The Arkansas Faith in Action State Coalition, Inc. has been given and is so designated as a tax-exempt corporation under the IRS 501 c 3 stipulations. AFIASC received its tax-exempt status in July of 2006.

Arkansas Faith in Action State Coalition, Inc.Receives a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation National Faith in Action Collaborative Grant for Community Assistance and Volunteer Development Little Rock, AR. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation awarded a Faith in Action grant to the Arkansas Faith in Action State Coalition, Inc. representing Faith in Action programs across the state. The $75,000 grant was awarded as a part of the Foundation’s Collaborative Grant Program, designed to bring together regional groups of existing Faith in Action caregiving programs in a common effort to help those in need. Faith in Action is a national interfaith volunteer caregiving initiative that helps those with long-term health needs.
